Challenge

Ahavaplan aimed to revolutionize wedding planning by connecting couples with vendors effortlessly. However, the existing app was limited to mobile use and lacked a desktop interface, which restricted accessibility for some users. Additionally, the vendor management system on the admin dashboard was inefficient, making it difficult for admins to support users effectively.

Results

The redesign introduced a desktop version of the application, making it easier for couples and vendors to plan and manage weddings on larger screens. The admin dashboard was revamped to improve vendor management and streamline operations. Usability improvements across the app significantly enhanced user satisfaction and engagement.

My Role & Responsibilities

I led the end-to-end design for Ahavaplan, defining product design goals and crafting seamless experiences across mobile, web, and admin platforms.

My responsibilities included expanding mobile app features, designing the web app, building the admin dashboard from scratch, and ensuring design consistency through a unified visual system to simplify wedding planning for couples and streamline vendor and admin workflows.
